Install .Net Core SDK 3.0 and CMake

dotnet build Natsu.sln
cd src/Natsu.Compiler/bin/Debug/netcoreapp3.0 && ./Natsu.Compiler
mkdir out && cd out
cmake .. -DCHINO_ARCH=Emulator -DCHINO_BOARD=Emulator
